Even if we’re paying by the hour, we’ve motivated our associates in some fashion through incentive to increase speed. However, speed is not acceptable without safety. Daystar’s safety program is second to none. Our number one desire is to see associates produce effectively for our customers and go home to their families each night feeling good, with a sense of accomplishment.

There is nothing more frustrating for a customer than to find the wrong product within a pallet that needs to be shipped. Daystar focuses major efforts to train their associates to be fast, safe, and accurate. The job is not done right unless the job is done accurately.
